(II) MINIMUM 15 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE OF STENOGRAPHY SECRETARIAL MANAGEMENT, DRAFTING ETC
(III) THE OFFICER SHOULD HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER
