Selection Process
On the basis of Written Exam of two hours duration and Personal Interview. Candidates are advised to go through the guidelines and criteria for physical fitness for pre-employment medical examination which shall also be applied for engagement of Apprentices.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates may apply online at IOCL website (direct link is given below) from 13th Jan 2018 to 3rd Feb 2018.
Steps To Apply Online:
- Before applying online candidates should have valid e-mail ID & Mobile No.
- Candidates log on to IOCL Official Website (link given below)
- And go to ‘What’s New’ > click on Engagement of Non Technical Apprentices 2018 in IOCL, Refineries Division.Go to "Current Openings" & Select the desired post.
- The candidate should have scanned copy of colour photograph and signature in jpg format (size not exceeding 50 KB) ready before applying on-line. The photo and signature in digital form will be required to be uploaded.
- Read the information carefully.
- Fill the details in the application & Submit the Form.
- Take a print out of Online application.
After successfully applying / registering on-line applications, the candidates are advised to send the printout of the on-line application form, duly signed by him/her, to the Dy. General Manager (HR), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex, P.O. Panipat Refinery, Panipat, Haryana-132140, alongwith all supporting documents & a photograph as mentioned in the check list attached as Annexure-III, under self-attestation, by Ordinary Post only so as to reach latest by 17th Feb 2018. Candidates should superscribe the Name of the Refinery Unit Applied for, Name of the Trade Applied for and Trade Code on the top of the envelope.
The Candidates shall ensure that the printout of the online applications are sent to the concerned authority at the Refinery Unit applied for. Application of candidate submitting online application for one Unit and sending the print out of the online application to other Unit shall be summarily rejected.
Notes:-
A candidate will be allowed to apply for only one Trade. In case of receipt of more than one application for more than one Trade, all the applications will be rejected.
SC/ST/PwBD category candidates appearing for Written Test/Personal Interview will be reimbursed single 2nd class railway fare from the nearest railway station from the mailing address to the place of Written Test/Personal Interview & back by the shortest route on production of tickets, provided the distance is not less than 30 KMs.
