Job Location
Qualification
- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) RNRM from a recognized Institute/ Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the health sector.
Remuneration
Maximum up to INR ₹40000.00 (INR ₹25000.00 fixed + additional INR ₹15000.00 will be admissible as a performance-based incentive after posting as CHO)

On the basis of written examination.

- Go to "Application Form" & Select the desired post.
- Read the information carefully & Click on "Apply Online".
- Complete the Application Form & Click on “Submit”.
- After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
- Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
- Take a print out of Online application for future use.
After applying online applicants need to Submit online application form to Mission Directo (NHM). along with mentioning clearly "Application for CHO" on the center top of the envelope. Documents to be submitted include:
(a) an application form
(b) curriculum vitae
(c) copies of qualification, Nursing council registration and experience certificates.
