Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format to RtgA (WE) section, Dte Gen of Rtg, AG's Branch, Integrated HQ, Ministry of Defence (Army), WestBlock-Ill, R K Puram, New Delhi- 11 0066 on or before 30th Sep 2018, Along with Following Documents.
- Self attested copy of Class 101h Certificate and Mark sheet.
- Self attested copy of Class121h Certificate and Mark sheet.
- Self attested copy of Degree certificate and Mark sheet.
- Part II Order of marriage.
- Part II Order of demise of husband.
- Initial report of Battle/Physical casualty.
- Detailed report of Battle/Physical casualty.
