The envelope containing an application with relevant documents should be superscribed "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF .................................. (SUBJECT) "
Applicants staying abroad may send their applications through e-mail at the following address. [email protected]. Along With Following documents:

(a) Filled in API Score Sheet (for the post of Professor and Associate Professor) and documents (Self-attested) in support of it.
(b) Five copies of fi lied in Summary Sheet.
(c) Self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets of all examinations passed/awarded in support of it.
(d) Copies of other achievements and research work.
(e) Forwarding of an application by the employer (if employed).
(f) Candidates who are in service can send their applications as an advance copy in order to save delay and the forwarding of application will be followed by it.
(g) Candidates applying for the post of Professor are required to submit the reprints of their five major publications out of which one could be a book or research report and candidates applying for the post of Associate Professor are required to submit the reprints of their three major publications out of which one could be a book or research report.
