(1) First Class Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Allied Sciences
(2) A Master's Degree in Agriculture or Allied Sciences with atleast 60% of marks
(3) A Ph.D in Agriculture or Allied Sciences or equivalent qualification.
(4) Atleast 15 years' experience in teaching and or research.
(5) Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as per Government of Gujarat rules

(1) A Master degree with atleast 55% of the marks OR its equivalent grade of B in the U.G.C. 7.0 point scale.
(2) A Ph.D. in Agricultural sciences or equivalent qualifications
(3) Atleast 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in the AGP of ₹7,000 and above

i. A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks.
ii. A Ph D Degree in concerned / relevant discipline (s) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance.
iii. Associate Professor/Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/research /extension /administration in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of higher education

(I) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualifications.
(II) A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university / college.
B. An outstanding professional, with established reputation in the relevant field, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, to be substantiated by credentials.
C. Minimum API Score stipulated in the rules, during 3 years of service as Associate Professor in the PB ₹37,400 - 67,000 AGP ₹9,000.

i. Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/relevant disciplines.
ii. A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks.
iii. A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and / or research in an academic / research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University,

(iii) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology - mediated teaching learning process.
