| State Entomologist (IDSP) | M.Sc. (Zoology) with entomology as one of the subjects |
| Sr. DOT Plus TB-HIV Supervisor (District PMDT and TB/HIV Coordinator) (RNTCP) | (i) Graduate (ii) Certificate course in computer operation (minimum two months) (iii) Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler |
