1 M.B.B.S.
2 Registered with the Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India;
3 Knowledge of Punjabi Language up-to Matriculation Standard or its equivalent. Candidates who do not possess this qualification shall have to acquire this qualification within six months of their joining the service failing which their services shall be terminated.

Eligible candidates may apply online at PPSC's website (direct link is given below) from 21 Feb 2018 to 13 Mar 2018 11:59 PM.
- Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.
- Candidates log on to http://www.ppsc.gov.in/.
- Go to Advertisement Click "Open Advertisement" & Select the desired post.
- Read the information carefully & Click on "Apply / View".
- Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
- Complete the form & Click on “Submit”.
- Application fee should be paid through Online & then Submit the Form.
- Take a print out of Online application for future use.
After applying online applicants need to send the hard copy/print out of online application form along with copy of Bank Challan and following documents {by Speed post/By hand} to the office of Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Baradari Gardens, Patiala. The application with all relevant documents should reach on or before 27/03/2018 at 05.00 pm.
1. Proof of Date of Birth : Certificate of Matriculation/Higher Secondary.
2. Proof of having passed Punjabi Language.
3. Relevant Degree and DMC Certificate.
4. Registration of Punjab Medical Council or of any other Duly Constituted Medical Council in India.
5. Reserved Category Certificate issued by the Competent Authority( If Applicable)
6. Experience certificate issued by Competent Authority.
7. If ESM, certificates/document(s) mentioning the following:-
a) Date of Enrolment
b) Date of Release/Discharge
c) Reason of Release/ Discharge
8. Certificate as proof of age relaxation claim. (If Applicable)
9. Certificate as proof of fee concession (If Applicable)
10. Proof of being Govt. Employee.(If applicable)
11. Copy of Bank Challan (PPSC Copy Only)
