How to Apply
Eligible candidates may apply online at KRCL's website (direct link is given below) from 06 Apr 2018 to 12 May 2018 10:00 PM.
- Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.
- Candidates log on to http://www.konkanrailway.com/.
- Go to "Register".
- Read the information carefully & Click on "Apply Online".
- Click on “Click here for New Registration”, if you are a new user.
- Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.
- After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
- Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
- Application fee should be paid through Online & then Submit the Form.
- Take a print out of Online application for future use.
After applying online applicants need to send the hard or soft copy of online application form or any document to KRCL. along with mentioned below:
i. Attested photocopy of land loser certificate issued by SLAO as Annexure -1
ii. Attested photocopy of a certificate issued by Tehsildar indicating the percentage of land lost with respect to the total land holding of the land loser – As per Annexure -II (including all survey numbers). Details on SLAO and Tehsildar certificates should match.
iii. Proof of relationship with the land loser issued by Revenue authorities along with Affidavit on 100 stamp paper.
iv. Undertaking on 100 stamp paper as per KRCL format given below (Not required from SC/ST candidates). As per Annexure - III
v. Attested photocopy of RTC documents of land (7/12 etc) pertaining to the year of acquisition of land by Konkan Railway. (Document of a recent date not accepted). Candidates should ensure that the land acquired details and names of land losers are matching in both SLAO and Tahsildar certificates. In case of death of land loser (whose name figures in SLAO and Tahsildar certificate), legal heir certificate and death certificate should be attached.
Required Document
a. HSC and Graduation certificated. Photo Copy of both sides of Aadhaar Card.
b. Certificate of domicile indicating the candidate belongs to State of either Maharashtra, Goa or Karnataka.
c. SC/ST certificate in the format as per Annexure - IV.
d. OBC-NCL certificate in the format as per Annexure -V.
e. Income Certificate for Waiving Examination Fee for Economically Backward Classes as per Annexure – Vl.
f. Minority Community declaration on Non-judicial Stamp Paper as Annexure -
g. NOC from a current employer with the date of appointment if the candidate is a serving employee.
h. Original discharge certificate for Ex-serviceman. NOC from Serving Defence Personnel with the probable date of discharge (if applicable)
I. Gazette notification and/or any Legal document in case of formal change of name.
