How to Apply
(i) Application in prescribed format as given in Annexure-I of the Notice or on Plain Paper (in A4 size) duly typed in double space on one side, in the format and manner as given in the application form (Annexure-I) of the Notice and duly signed by the candidate. One recent good quality passport size photograph should be pasted on the application form and one identical photograph should be attached with the application.
