(a) has, for at least fifteen years been a member of the Indian Corporate Law Service; or
(b) is, or has been in practice as a chartered accountant for at least fifteen years; or
(c) is, or has been, in practice as a cost accountant for at least fifteen years; or
(d) is, or has been, in practice as a company secretary for at least fifteen years; or
(e) is, or has been, for at least five years, a presiding officer of a Labour Court, Tribunal
Pay Scale
pay level of 15 as per rh Central Pay Commission plus allowances as admissible.

- Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.
- Candidates log on to http://nclt.gov.in/.
- Go to "Public Notice > Click Job Opening" & Select the desired post.
- Read the information carefully & Click on given link on this PDF.
- Click on “Click here for New Registration”, if you are a new user.
- Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.
- After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
- Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
- Application fee should be paid through Online & then Submit the Form.
- Take a print out of Online application for future use.
After applying online applicants need to send the hard copy/print out of online application form and through proper channel along with all required documents to Shri Amar Singh Meena, Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Room No 530, A 'Wing, 5th floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi-110001. The application with all relevant documents should reach on or before 14 June, 2018.
Applications of persons working in Court/Government Service/ Public Sector Undertaking/ other organisation should be forwarded through proper channel within 15 days from the closing date of online application. The forwarding authorities should also certify (in the format given in Annexure-I of the online application).
