Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA (Finance)] (c) M.Com. of minimum two (2) years' duration from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with at least 60% marks along with B.Com. with at least 60% marks. Provided that SC/ST/PWD candidates and Nigam's in-service employees may be allowed relaxation of 5% marks in MBA (Finance) mentioned under (b) and in M.Com. & B.Com. mentioned under (c) above. |
| Personnel Officer | Candidate must hold a Graduation Degree from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with at least 55% marks, along with: (a) A Master Degree in Social Works or MBA (HR) or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management (or Development)/ Industrial Relations of minimum two (2) years' duration from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with at least 55% marks in Master Degree [It includes 2 years' P.G. Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA(HR).], or (b) A Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws/ Labour Welfare & Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management (or Development)/ Industrial Relations from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with at least 55% marks in Post Graduate Diploma. Remuneration/Salary
Candidates on the appointment, will be initially engaged as "Probationer Trainee" for a period of two years and during the period of Probation Training, they will be paid fixed remuneration @ ₹39,300 per month. On successful completion of probation training period, they will be fixed at a minimum (first cell) of Level-14 in the Pay Matrix i.e. at ₹56,100 as basic pay.
