PhD with First Class CGPA (Min 6.5 out of 10) ME/ M.Tech/ BE/ B.Tech: ₹45000 p.m.
Science & Humanities:
1st class or an equivalent CGPA (Min 6.5 out of 10) M.Sc for Physics/ Chemistry/ Maths/ MA/ MBA: ₹25000 p.m.
M.Phill with First Class CGPA (Min 6.5 out of 10) Physics/ Chemistry/ Maths/ MA: ₹30000 p.m.
PhD with First Class CGPA (Min 6.5 out of 10) Physics/ Chemistry/ Maths/ MA/ MBA: ₹45000 p.m.
