Should be knowledge of Writing, Speaking and Reading of Marathi.
Lawyer :
1. At least 3 years of business experience as lawyer attorney or advocate on March 15, 2017, in a law degree and a high court or in a secondary school.
2. Service in the public prosecutor's office will be treated as a judicial profession or in Maharashtra
For new ritual graduations (नवीन विधी पदवीधांकरिता) :
1. Degree in law. In order to get the degree, every examination should be passed in the first attempt and graduated.
2. Last year of Rule Degree or final year of post graduation degree is required to pass at least 55% marks in LLM on March 15, 2017 or earlier.
Service staff ((Ministerial Staff ) :
1. Members of the High Court Service Employee Class
2. Members of the Services Employee Class of High Court Secondary Court
3. Members of the Service Employees Class at the Government Counsel's office affiliated to the High Court or the courts adjacent to it
4. Legal Assistant in Legal Department of Law and Justice Department, Member of Employees working as Senior Assistant or superior
5. All the candidates with service staff must have served on the date of matriculation till 15 March 2017 or at least 3 years of service.
