- Qualification: Degree/ Full Time MBA in Relavent field from University/Institution approved by AICTE.
- Age limit: Not less than 21 (Twenty One) years and not more than 38 years on 01.09.2017.
  
  The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years i.e., upto 43 years in the case of SC/ST/PWD candidates.
  In case of Departmental Candidates i.e., the serving employees of APDCL/AEGCL/APGCL, the upper age limit is relaxed upto 45 years.
- Remuneration: 1st Year: ₹22,552 (Basic Pay: ₹14,200 + GP ₹5,400 + House Rent Allowances ₹2,352 + Medical Allowances ₹600)

Paper - I

Junior Manager:
Paper - I
General English, General Aptitude & General Knowledge: : 100 Marks, 02 Hours

Paper - II
Core Subjects: 100 Marks, 02 Hours

Each question will carry 1 (one) mark for correct answer.
There will be negative marking of 0.5 (half) marks for wrong answer against each question.
