1. Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University
2. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

Selection Process
On the basis of Screening Test and Interview. The minimum qualifying marks in the on-line screening test for consideration of an eligible candidate to the oral interview in case of OC category is 40%, BC category is 35% and for SC, ST and PH categories is 30%. Hall tickets can be downloaded 7 days before commencement of the on-line screening test.
Attested True copies of all the testimonials, details of educational qualifications, Date of Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, Experience Certificate, Publications, etc, shall be enclosed to the downloaded online application (Hard Copy). All the Original certificates shall be compulsorily produced at the time of the interview for verification and also at the time of joining, if selected.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates may apply online at AP Universities website (direct link is given below) from 6th Jan 2018 to 30st Jan 2018.
Steps To Apply Online:
- Before applying online candidates should have valid e-mail ID & Mobile No.
- Candidates log on to http://sche.ap.gov.in
- Go to Notifications Click on Apply Online
- Click on “Registration” for Registration Number.
- Submit the Registration Fee
- Login with Registration Number and Password.
- Fill up details and upload the photograph, signature, self attested documents
- After successful completion of online application, take the printout of the application for future uses.
Duly filled-in online application can be downloaded and the same hard copy along with necessary enclosures should be sent to the Registrar, Krishna University, Machilipatnam- 521 001, (A.P.) India by Registered Post / Speed Post with acknowledgement due so as to reach on or before 03-02-2018 by 5.00 PM by super scribing on the cover as “Application for the Post of Assistant Professor in the Department of ______________________________ ”.

2. Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar / MRO.
3. Attested copies of Educational Qualifications.
4. Proof of previous teaching & administrative experience.
