1. Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science/documentation with CGPA of 6.5 in 10-point scale or at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven-point scale and consistently good academic record.
2. At least ten years as a Deputy Librarian in the library of a Technical / Scientific Institute or University, Educational Institute of National Importance, or any other large Technical / Scientific library at least five years were spent on a post with AGP of Rs. 8700/- or an equivalent post.
3. Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work.

Post Graduate Degree with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University / Institute.

Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks) and consistent academic record.

Masters degree in any branch of natural sciences with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks) and consistently excellent academic record.

M.Sc. Degree in Physics / Electronics / Material Science / Physical Chemistry with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks) and consistently excellent academic record. OR B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks) and consistently excellent academic record

Post Graduate degree in Mass Communication & Journalism / Visual Communication / Electronic Media or equivalent degree with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks) and consistently excellent academic record.

1. Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale or at least 60% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and consistently good academic record with superior knowledge of computerized library service.
2. Qualifying for national / state level test conducted for the purpose by UGC or any other agency approved by UGC.
3. However, candidates who are or have been awarded PhD degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of PhD Degree) Regulations 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET / SLET / SET.

Bachelor’s degree (4 years course) in Electronics / IT / Computers with first class or MCA Degree with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks) with the excellent academic record.

Ph.D. in Experimental Chemistry.

M.Sc. in any branch of natural sciences with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale or 60%) with excellent academic record.

Ph.D. in Physics/ Chemistry.

1. B.Sc. in Nursing degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University with minimum 55% marks / equivalent grade.
2. Minimum 6 years relevant experience in the hospital recognized by the Central or State Nursing Council.
3. Applicant should be registered with State / Indian Nursing Council.
