Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties. C. Candidates would also be tested on minimum endurance parameters and physical standards. 1) Minimum Endurance Test Parameters: a. Running a distance of 100 yards with a weight of 60 kilograms in 90 seconds; b. Lifting the hooks ladder to a vertical position by 3rd and 6th round; c. Climbing a rope or a vertical pipe to height of 8-10 feet from ground 2) Minimum Physical Standards a. Height (without shoes) - minimum 165 cms; b. Chest** (unexpanded) - minimum 81 cms; c. Chest** (expanded) - minimum 85 cms; d. Weight - minimum 50 kgs.; e. Eyesight - 6/6 both eyes with or without glasses; f. Should possess Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence |
